Impact of employee performance management in the achievement of organizational goal (Study Of Unilever) ABSTRACT This study was carried out to investigate the impact of employee performance management in the achievement of organizational goal with special reference to Unilever Nigeria Plc. Objectives of the study are to examine the relationship between employee performance management and achievement of organization goal, to find out whether the employee appraisal system of Unilever is achieving the organization objectives and to find out how Unilever employee performance management system has been able to identify employees’ strengths and weaknesses towards achievement of organization goal.
